Yes, doors can be manufactured in both standard and off standard (made to measure) sizes.

All our doors are manufactured using solid wood five-piece mortise and tenon or cope and stick with serrated dowels and are finished 22mm thick. This manufacturing process ensures all are our doors have strong rigid joints.

Orders for sanded finishes take approximately 1-2 weeks. Orders for painted/lacquered finishes take approximately 2-3 weeks from date of order confirmation. More customised orders may take longer.
Doors are supplied without being bored. However, we offer a standard 35mm hinge hole on the doors we manufacture for an additional charge.

Wood is a natural substance that reacts to the environment in which it is stored or placed. All our wood is dried to 8% moisture content before we manufacture our products. It is recommended to treat all unfinished wood products all round as soon as possible paying attention to end grain which is where most moisture is absorbed.
Wood is a natural unique material and every piece will differ in grain and colour. Its natural grains create interesting patterns that are unique to each piece. While we go to great efforts to colour match as much as we cannot guarantee grain or colour matching.
Yes, all our doors are manufactured on site so doors can be ordered with a sanded, stained/lacquered, primed and standard paint colour finishes. Should you require a different colour option please contact us to discuss.
No, we only manufacture the solid wood glass frames. We suggest you contact a glazing supplier for advice/glass for your doors.
We recommend you clean your finished doors with a damp (not wet) cloth followed by a clean dry cloth. Any cleaning products, waxes, furniture polishes should be avoided.
No returns, your door order is custom made and finished for you. We cannot accept returns except we make a mistake in processing you order.
Payment shall be made in accordance with agreed terms. We currently do not accept credit card payments.
