Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive vat at 23%

Terms of Payment
Payment shall be made in accordance with agreed terms.

Orders
All orders must be confirmed in writing. We cannot accept any responsibility for errors in verbal orders that are not confirmed in writing.

Deliveries
Please contact us directly with your delivery needs and we will be happy to discuss this you with this.

Retention of Title
All good remain the property of Peter O’Leary Wood Products (Manufacturing) Ltd until paid for in full.

Modifications
We reserve the right to alter prices or delete items without notice. We may revise the terms and conditions for this website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions.

Product Imagery
Product imagery on our website and in printed media is offered to you as good representation of the product. If for reasons beyond our control the colour accurateness or size slightly differs from the product you receive, Peter O’Leary Wood Products cannot be held responsible. Bespoke or personalised products may differ slightly from product imagery, this is due to the fact that our products are handmade, and timbers differ.

Governing Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Returns
As all doors are made bespoke to order, doors made to order cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled will incur a cancellation charge, which will be immediately notified to the Customer on receipt of cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted by email and will only be deemed to have been received when the Company has issued confirmation or receipt of said email.
